Retro Dub Suffolk VW Festival is an old school camping and live music weekend for all ages! Now in our 12th year, we have proved to be a chilled-out show and offer a genuine VW camping festival experience.
Oktoberfest was born on a lovely campsite in Cheddar in 2008 where we spent four fabulous years before the move to The River Dart Country Park - and what a move it has been. The River Dart is like the gift that just keeps giving! This place is an absolute jewel of a campsite, packed with an endless amount of on and off site facilities, outdoor activities and attractions.
Night of the Living Dubz is levelling up for 2025, with live music set to be a central feature, ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Additional entertainment options for both adults and children will be revealed soon.
Campers & Coffee Christmas Special returns to Hastings on Sunday 14 December 10am - 4pm. PLEASE NOTE, THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT FOR PARKING AT THE STADE OPEN SPACE BUT YOU CAN STILL JOIN US ON FOOT, ENTRY IS FREE. Join us at The Stade in the historic Hastings Old Town on Sunday 14 December to enjoy The Stade Open Space full of campervans, drivers, and dogs in festive fancy dress. The event will close with a festive cruise through Hastings and St Leonards. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Hastings RNLI to support their work. We will have prizes for the best-dressed car, dog, and best fancy dress. We are excited that this year Hastings Old Town Christmas event will be on the same day at The Stade Hall with activities for the whole family including Mr & Mrs Clause, cakes, stalls, refreshments, gift stalls, games,…

We are happy to announce our VWFestival Spring Social Campout at the stunning Thoresby Park. It will commence on the weekend of the 24th - 26th April 2026, so be sure to add that to your diary as the season opener and come join us. We will be holding on Saturday 25th April our Social Club Show & Shine. Make sure you register your vehicle to enter Show & Shine. If you joined us last year you will know that it was a very relaxed and chilled weekend of camping, with an acoustic stage, along with food, drink and a handful of traders. On the Saturday was a free to enter show and shine for our "Social Club" to compete for best in show, of which we had an amazing turn out of beautiful cars. Be assured that we will continue the same vibe and feel of the event with the addition of an acoustic marquee to shield us from the wonderful British weather.
The venue is a beautiful cider farm in Somerset in close proximity to our former venue Haselbury Mill.
North Down Orchard boasts rows of cider apple trees leading up to the long sweeping path which takes you to the large and flat parking and camping fields. We cant wait to see your VWs making their way to the festival through this wonderful avenue of apple blossoms next May.

Volks Weald, the South East’s largest family friendly classic VW show. This will be the sixth year of the show which has built a reputation of being a quality, value for money weekend with something for all the family, young and old. The shows venue is the stunning Penshurst Place in Kent, a privately owned historic house of medieval origin.
Saturday evening entertainment gates open 6pm on 12th July 2025 with food vendors, a bar and live music including Leon Taylor on acoustic guitar, a Meatloaf tribute act, then finishing the evening with a DJ.
