Welcome to Volksfling. A family friendly VW event held in the heart of the Scottish Borders.

Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Volksfling at Biggar, a vibrant and family-friendly VW show set in the scenic South Lanarkshire countryside. Enjoy a variety of attractions including classic cars, free bouncy castles for children, trade stands, live bands, a treasure hunt, and a silent disco, all designed to create a fun-filled experience for attendees of all ages. The event offers camping options from Friday afternoon to Monday noon, with prebooking recommended due to limited space, and welcomes day visitors on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm without prior booking. Explore the charming local shops and restaurants nearby, making this celebration a perfect blend of automotive passion and community enjoyment.

To attend the camping event, adult tickets are priced at £50 in advance, rising to £55 at the gate if still available, with youth tickets costing an additional £2 when booked with an adult ticket; children under 12 can attend for free. When purchasing tickets, you can select your preferred camping field, but these choices are non-transferable once booked, so it’s important that friends and family book the same field to camp together, as field and ticket limits are strictly enforced for safety reasons. Early booking is highly recommended to secure tickets before they sell out, as no tickets will be available on the gate once sold out. Additionally, caravans and non-VW campers incur a £20 surcharge.

New this year, please book vehicle passes for all cars and motor homes/campers. This is for organisational purposes only. They are free.

Day Entry

Day entry is on gate only and is £10 per day, adults only under 17 is free, Gates open at 8 am and you should leave by 6pm. You should only park in day parking unless you are taking part in an event or club stand.
