Buzz Owners Club UK – Terms and Conditions for Annual Subscriptions

Introduction Welcome to the Buzz Owners Club UK. By subscribing to our membership, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Membership and Fees

1. Annual Subscription: Membership is billed annually and automatically renews each year.
2. Membership Renewal: By default all accounts are set to auto renewal. You can opt out of auto-renewal by either logging into your account and deselecting the auto-renewal option or notify us at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Cooling-Off Period

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase.
2. Return of Membership Pack: To process a cancellation, you must return the membership pack in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the member.

Membership Cancelation

1. Request: You may request to cancel your membership at any time. Please note that refunds are only available within the 14-day cooling-off period and require the return of the membership pack. 
2. Revoked: Please be aware that your membership may be revoked at the discretion of the club founder. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any discontent or discrimination within the club towards fellow members. Let’s work together to maintain a positive and inclusive community for all. The remaining term of your membership will not be refunded.
3. Community Standards: As a Buzz Owners Club member, we expect you to demonstrate courteous behaviour while representing the club or when identified as a member. Actions that bring the club’s reputation into disrepute may result in the revocation of your membership. 

Membership Benefits

1. Access: Membership grants you access to exclusive club events, online community features, and additional benefits outlined in your membership level description.
2. Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.

Changes to Terms

1. Revisions: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.
2. Acceptance: Continued use of the membership following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
